This is a very rare problem and, to be honest, we do not know the cause. At present the only solution we have is to use an alternative program to view and print the PDF. We recommend using a free program called ‘Foxit Reader’ which can be downloaded from http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php
